slhr students excel in the 9th china hr innovation practice competition - beijing-tianjin-hebei regional finals
october 23, 2024on october 19, ten undergraduate and graduate students from the school of labor and human resources at renmin university of china represented their university in the beijing-tianjin-hebei regional finals of the 9th china university students hr innovation practice competition (hru). hosted by beijing city university, the regional competition attracted teams from 28 universities across the beijing-tianjin-hebei region.
after a full day of intense competition, the renmin university team stood out in several categories, showcasing their exceptional professional knowledge and practical skills. in the six main competition tracks, the team won grand prizes in five categories: practical design, digital hr operation, labor dispute resolution, leaderless group discussion, and case analysis. they also secured a first prize in the workplace simulation track. thanks to their overall outstanding performance, the renmin university team was awarded the group grand prize and successfully advanced to the national finals.
additionally, renmin students excelled in the hr-english track, where they won a first prize. in the workplace simulation challenge, a simulated interaction with corporate executives, the students impressed the expert judges with their sharp thinking, professional responses, and excellent performance, earning the “leadership excellence award.” renmin university also received the “outstanding organization award” in recognition of its exceptional organization of the competition.
this participation marked a new attempt by the school of labor and human resources to enhance students' innovative training. throughout the preparation and competition phases, students leveraged the competition as a platform for learning and practice, further improving their academic knowledge in human resource management and their practical innovation abilities.
the national finals of the 9th china university students hr innovation practice competition will be held in november 2024, and we look forward to seeing even more achievements from renmin university students in the competition.
