biography
kun yu is a professor at the school of labor and human resources, renmin university of china, and serves as the deputy director of the department of enrollment and career services at the university. his primary research interests include youth employment, talent development, and sustainable altruism. he has authored over 30 academic papers in top-tier journals and has led and participated in multiple national scientific research projects funded by the national natural science foundation of china and the ministry of education, among others. his teaching portfolio encompasses courses such as career planning, leadership, human resource training and development, and organizational management research methods. he earned his ph.d. in psychology from the department of psychology at peking university in 2015, which included a joint doctoral program at the university of california, berkeley.
